## 阶段 0 — 关键 Bug 修复(先修再用)

**目标**:解除搜索阻塞 + 修复严重 Bug,不引入新功能。修改全部测试通过后提交。

### 1.1 MeSH 树号导入

1. 从 NLM 下载 `mtrees2025.bin`:
